Our favorite sushi joint in the Toledo area. There is never a wait for a table, service is friendly and fast.

This place is generally quiet, and the sushi deals are great. Food is good quality though if you're going for the hibachi know that it's a bit closer to teriyaki chicken than most places. Great food overall.

Very clean and call atmosphere. Presentation was very well done. The most important part, the "Godzilla roll" and "Yum Yum roll" were very well done. The rolls stayed there like they are supposed to (been to places that they don't). The flavors were all there, nothing overpowering. Will definitely come again.

Good sushi. Average other food. Tempura not very crispy, kind of heavy.

Food is a 5 out of 5 stats... phone system is a 0... called 5x to give them my business like I always have and they answer "TJ Hibachi how may I help you" they can't hear me talk, I have perfect service and hang up after only 5-8 seconds. They're literally throwing away money by the hour from repeat customers. Get your phone system straightened out.

CAN SOMEONE PLEASE TELL ME WHAT HAPPENED TO TJS!! MY HUSBAND AND I ATE HERE A FEW TIMES A MONTH OR MORE THEN ONE DAY OUT OF NO WHERE THEY WERE CLOSED DOWN! This was our go to place! So unfortunate they're closed and not sure if they are moving to a different location or not? If not where is the sushi chef and cook working now??? 😭

Great small hibachi and sushi restaurant inside the mall. Good lunch specials on standard rolls. Rock Shrimp is a nice appetizer too.

Had a good meal. We tried their sushi everything was good and fresh. Service was fairly quick and they did a great job.

Good food and service. Only thing is that a lot of the tables were not cleaned, same with the seats. Other than that, great place to visit!

This place has amazing, fresh sushi with good prices to match. And they always have a deal were you buy one roll get the second half off which is great for dates or even treating your friend to lunch. I can't recommend this place enough.

Pretty solid sushi. Not the world's best sushi, but great place to stop for a bite while at the mall. Presentation is beautiful and staff is friendly and eager to please. Atmosphere is laid back and casual. Happy I stopped in.

Good lunch deals

The sushi was fresh! It was my first time and we shared four special rolls. They were all good! So rare for me to like every roll I try for the first time. Definitely going back. The service was also good and we didn't wait long for our food.

Came here for the first time today, I was so happy with the experience I had. The waiters and staff are very accommodating and professional. The food was absolutely delicious, fresh, and plated with exceptional detail. Sushi was to die for!!! I will definitely be coming back here, and reccomend to to anyone looking for a wonderful new place to try. They're pricing is very reasonable as well!!

This is hands down the best place in Toledo to eat. Their food from aps to sushi and entrees are the best around. Their prices are also better than most other comparable sushi places in the area. Seriously, come try this place!

Let me start by saying that the aroma that fills the room is amazing. The Ginger salad is so delicious no need to add anything. Our server was very polite and the Lunch specials are affordable. We had the Teriyaki Chicken and Steak w/fried rice and veggies and Ginger salad and the Shrimp bento box w/California rolls.. Very good, I would recommend this place super good with an authentic taste.

Not horrible. The waitress forgot my s soup and then put it in a to go container. They weren't even busy. Who takes miso soup home? The food was good but the service was only passable. Will try again.

So good! Fantastic Roll, Yummy Yummy Roll, Hawaiian Roll were our favorites! Chicken Teriyaki was the best we've ever had!

My family loves habachi places. This place was one we seen when we were driving. We checked out the prices online and the prices are by far cheaper than any habachi places around when we walked in I was a bit let down there was no habachi tables but when the food came out it was amazing. My whole family loved the meal. It was greatly prices and even with no tables to watch it cooked they loved it.

Nice addition to the restaurants attacks held to the mall. Sushi is priced according to market and the quality matched. Enjoyed the miso soup and seaweed salad as well. The selection of rolls were traditional and the house rolls equally tasty but unique.

Sooooo good! Beautiful delicious food! Will not be disappointed!
